Clements Partners brings more than 40 years of comprehensive experience in treasury and investment management, banking and finance, business and community economic development and project management. Partners has been consulting within the Western United States since its inception in 1996. Partners is managed by two Managing Members, Scott Clements and Myrna Clements. Together, Scott and Myrna bring a unique blend of experiences, skills and abilities to define challenges and offer project solutions for results. Partner Profiles: Scott Clements Scott Clements is founder and a Managing Member of Clements Partners, LLC. He holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College and an MA in Economics from Trinity College and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. Scott's professional experience includes senior level responsibilities in the bond markets, corporate treasury management and banking. With more than 40 years of experience as an institutional investment manager, banker and advisor, Scott has devoted his career to financing a broad spectrum of capital projects using tax-exempt bonds as well as conventional sources. He regularly advises and recruits institutional funding for a broad range of projects including (but not limited to) business acquisition, energy projects, housing, Native American tribal initiatives and community economic development. Scott has taught finance and investments at the graduate and undergraduate levels level through his affiliations with University of Portland, Washington State University and University of Oregon. Myrna Clements Myrna Clements joined the Partnership in 1997 as a Managing Member. She holds a management degree from Central Washington University. Myrna's professional experience includes senior level responsibilities in association management, project management and marketing. With more than 25 years of experience as a project manager and business development advisor, Myrna has devoted her career to assisting her clients to clarify, document and realize their business objectives and goals. Myrna is regularly retained to serve as an independent project coordinator, grant writer and loan applications packager.
