Clements Partners, LLC provides independent financial advisory and community economic development consulting throughout the Western United States. The firm is located in South Central Washington State along the Columbia River. Partners maintains offices in both Lyle, Washington and nearby Portland, Oregon.

Partners brings more than 40 years of expertise in banking, financial management, treasury services, small to medium size business management, community economic development and project management. We rely primarily on word-of-mouth advertising and therefore deeply respect and honor our relationships with our clients. Partners' clients include public entities and commercial enterprise, as well as, not-for-profit organizations. Since its founding, Partners has provided financial advisory consulting to Native America bringing resources to tribal enterprise and assisting in development of tribal ventures.
